merion --help

Guided factory workflow

Command	Purpose
`merion init [path]`	Initialize or resume an Intelligence Factory.
`merion doctor`	Check whether the factory is ready for governed capture.
`merion next`	Return one evidence-backed next action.
`merion work start`	Start a genuine work episode without writing JSON.
`merion work close`	Finish the episode and record human outcome evidence.

All guided commands support --help. Commands intended for agentic callers generally support --json and explicit flags for decisions that an interactive user would otherwise enter.

Experiment contracts

Command	Purpose
`merion experiment validate <file>`	Validate a versioned `ExperimentSpec`.
`merion run <file>`	Execute the current deterministic local dry-run lifecycle.

Evidence and task formation

Command group	Purpose
`merion capture`	Lower-level versioned work-evidence capture and inspection.
`merion evidence`	Register governed evidence policies and exposure records.
`merion task`	Analyze cohorts, qualify candidates, build, approve, and audit evaluation tasks.

Interoperability

Command group	Purpose
`merion interoperability`	Import ATIF trajectories and exchange audited tasks/results with Harbor.

merion interop is an alias for merion interoperability.

Private-alpha installation

The CLI is not currently published to a public package registry. Contributors link it from a Merion source checkout:
